Brokr Trackr is a software-as-a-service platform designed for insurance agencies to manage clients, track policy renewals, coordinate projects, and collaborate as a team. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Brokr Trackr is offered on a subscription basis at $1,500 per month per office. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided at our sole discretion
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to store or transmit illegal content

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Brokr Trackr. We do not claim ownership of your client information, policy data, or other content. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide and improve our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brokr Trackr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
